Product details
VOCs waste gas is a type of waste gas that poses serious hazards to the environment and humans. Air pollution is one of the most prominent environmental problems in China, and industrial waste gas is the main source of air pollutants.
Actively responding to the call of the environmental protection department to remove pollutants such as benzene, toluene, hydrogen chloride, and sulfuric acid mist generated during the production process, the existing waste gas treatment facilities of the project can only meet the requirements of some organized waste gas treatment, and the collection and disposal of unorganized waste gas have not been fully covered. To further improve the environmental protection work of the project, conscientiously implement the national policies and norms on environmental protection, protect the physical and mental health of production workers and the quality of the surrounding environment, and minimize the impact on the surrounding environment.
Industrial waste gas, oil and gas recovery, and VOCS gas condensation and recovery devices are generally used for gases such as hydrocarbons, aromatics, alcohols, ethers, ketones, esters, etc. It condenses VOSC gas and transfers heat to the refrigerant in the cold box heat transfer medium heat exchanger to cool it down. By utilizing the difference in saturated vapor pressure at different temperatures of the substance, the oil and gas are cooled to a supersaturated state and condensed into liquid for direct recovery. A very small portion of the gas enters the subsequent unit for further treatment. It can meet the environmental emission standards for exhaust gas recovery and treatment according to demand; If the gas has a low boiling point, adsorption treatment and other processes can be used to separate, treat and recycle it again, so that the emitted gas meets environmental protection requirements.
Brief description and principle of condensation recovery method:
The condensation method is to directly introduce the waste gas from industrial production into the condenser, and through adsorption, absorption, analysis, separation and other processes and reactions, recover valuable organic matter, recover waste heat from the waste gas, purify the waste gas, and make the waste gas meet emission standards. When the concentration of organic waste gas is high, the temperature is low, and the air volume is low, condensation method can be used for purification treatment, which is generally applied in pharmaceutical and petrochemical enterprises. Usually, one or more stages of other organic waste gas purification devices are installed after the condensation recovery device to achieve standard emissions. The volatile VOCs gas can be introduced into the equipment cold box (with a condensation temperature set at 5 ℃ -45 ℃ -80 ℃ -120 ℃), and other temperature zones can be customized for step-by-step condensation and liquefaction recovery according to requirements.
Condensation principle: During the operation of the compressor refrigeration system, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged by the compressor enters the condenser and is condensed into high-pressure supercooled liquid. It is then throttled and depressurized by the expansion valve to become a low-temperature and low-pressure mixture of vapor and liquid, which enters the evaporator (first stage heat exchanger, second stage heat exchanger, third stage heat exchanger). The refrigerant absorbs the heat from the heat transfer medium passing through the evaporator and vaporizes itself. After complete vaporization, the refrigerant is sucked into the compression chamber by the compressor and enters the next cycle.
The low-temperature refrigerant medium is transported to the VOCs gas condensation cold box through a circulation pump for heat exchange with the VOCs gas. The entire system continuously cycles through the above process to achieve the goal of continuous cooling, liquefaction, and recovery of VOCs gas. VOCs gas condensation - The gas is cooled by transferring heat to the refrigeration unit in the condensation unit heat exchanger (i.e., the cold box heat transfer medium heat exchanger). By utilizing the difference in saturated vapor pressure of the substance at different temperatures, the oil and gas are condensed to a supersaturated state and directly recovered. A very small portion of the gas enters the subsequent unit for further processing.

1、 Classification of common organic waste gases
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs), also known as volatile organic compounds, are a common type of atmospheric pollutant produced in industries such as paint production, chemical fiber manufacturing, metal coating, chemical coatings, shoe and leather manufacturing, plywood manufacturing, and tire manufacturing. Harmful volatile organic compounds mainly include acetone, toluene, phenol, dimethylaniline, formaldehyde, n-hexane, ethyl acetate, ethanol, etc.
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs), also known as volatile organic compounds, are a common type of atmospheric pollutant produced in industries such as paint production, chemical fiber manufacturing, metal coating, chemical coatings, shoe and leather manufacturing, plywood manufacturing, and tire manufacturing. Harmful volatile organic compounds mainly include acetone, toluene, phenol, dimethylaniline, formaldehyde, n-hexane, ethyl acetate, ethanol, etc.
In industrial enterprises, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are mainly classified according to their sources of production, including the following:
1. Spray painting exhaust gas: The main components are volatile organic compounds such as acetone, butanol, xylene, toluene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, etc., mainly generated by surface treatment enterprises such as paint spraying. Common treatment methods include oil curtain absorption, water curtain absorption, and combined with secondary and tertiary activated carbon adsorption.
2. Plastic and plastic waste gas: The main components are polymer monomers evaporated during the heat processing of plastic and plastic particles. Due to the complex composition of plastic and plastic, the waste gas mainly contains olefin plastic polymer monomers such as ethylene, propylene, styrene, acrylonitrile, and butadiene, but the concentration is generally low and the air volume is high. The main enterprises involved include plastic granulation enterprises, chemical fiber production enterprises, injection molding enterprises, rubber production enterprises, etc. The treatment methods mainly include activated carbon absorption, plasma purification, etc.
3. Standardized exhaust gas: Its main components are aldehydes, ketones, hydrocarbons, fatty acids, alcohols, esters, lactones, heterocyclic compounds, and aromatic compounds. The enterprises involved are mainly dyeing and finishing enterprises and chemical fiber production enterprises, usually using water spray treatment technology and electrostatic adsorption treatment technology.
4. Chemical organic waste gas: mainly emitted by chemical enterprises, the composition of the waste gas is closely related to the types of chemical products designed and produced by chemical enterprises, and purification collection and treatment methods such as condensation recovery and catalytic combustion technology are commonly used.
5. Printing waste gas: The main components are toluene, non methane hydrocarbons, ethyl acetate, ethanol, etc. that evaporate from the ink. The enterprises involved are mainly those that involve ink printing processes, such as packaging and printing companies, which generally use activated carbon adsorption.
6. VOCs organic waste gas mainly comes from the waste gas emitted during the production process of the chemical industry, printing, and other industries related to petroleum and chemical industry. The volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in organic waste gas are called volatile organic compounds (VOCs). In many industries such as painting, printing, shoemaking, and chemical production, a large amount of VOCs waste gas is emitted during the production process of some industrial products.
7. The main components of VOCs are benzene, acetone, ethyl acetate, phenol, dimethyl sulfide, thiophene, methyl mercaptan, carbon disulfide, amides, etc.
